Peg and Diane really want to give you good value for your trade show promotional product purchases. So, we always look for the supplier that has closeouts, specials, and inventory overloads. These help ease the cost of doing an exhibit, when you use them wisely. Not everyone you see at a trade show is your ideal client, so having a low cost item that still gets your name out without breaking the bank is a must.
The item on the left was a good bargain and well accepted at a 1.30 price tag, but it is available at .95 locally and .44 from another supplier. We assume it is because the available colors were not as popular: black, light blue, and pink. I think those colors have great potential for breast cancer promotions, or logos with bright colors that would look great on a black background. So, someone need to grab this closeout!
This was a popular trade show giveaway for one of our clients. People were excited to get it and intended to keep it. Statistics show that people keep a good item about two years. Your job is to pick something that is useful or clever, so it will keep your name in front of the potential customer. This would be my number one pick for a show that will have female participants.
Check out some of the recent deals we were able to find. You can see the closeout price by moving over the item. This is the blank product price. Most pieces will have 50.00 setup, tax, and freight.
Here is the link to our extensive promotional product site: www.getpromoted.biz. You can put the $.01 to .50 in the price range on the right and view about 20 pages of products including: magnets, buttons, stadium cups, paper banks, carpenter pencils, ink pens, carabiners, keyboard brushes, tattoos, highlighters, bookmarks, sanitizers, bottle openers, hand fan, stress balls, crayons, jotters, notebooks, screwdrivers, and other tools.
